Same back at you. We live on a street with few houses and fewer children, and not in an area where parents bring kids for the loot, so one bag of "fun size" candy is sufficient, and by 7:30 or 8:00 the porch light is off. There are some streets known for their light show (at Christmas, not Halloween) but they are on the other side of the city and we don't usually go out that way. You header warned me away so I didn't watch/listen to the video.
I guess people of my generation and younger would recognize the line immediately while others like you don't catch the reference. It's a line from a 50s style dance tune called "The Time Warp" and it comes from the cult movie THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW. The light show uses the song and it's very well done.

DeleteI'd be likely to recognize a Fifties dance style reference, after all, I'm 71, but I have never seen Rocky Horror.
